The scope of the book focuses in the following 4 four essential components::

Each Educational Program includes the following pedagogic components:

• Tailored Program Design for clients presenting physiological impingements, bio-mechanical deficiencies and/or neuromuscular imbalances. 

• Scientific Models & Analogies simplified and structured to assist as pedagogic templates; 

• Debunk of myths of fitness (e.g., Inner and outer core, Spine Stability, The natural belt, Squatting Limitations, "Dangers" about DL, etc)

Heavy Practical Component to learn and practise all the movements described, according to the course selected by the student.

Hundreds of Images and Illustrations to reinforce the proficiency of the movements.

1. Foundation QTX - Workshop

Pre-requisite component for all the courses, workshops and Mentorship programs provided by QTX.

6. Personal Mentorship Session

The opportunity for Health & Fitness Professionals to learn live the QTX principles and methods. It includes:

  • A 60-70 minutes face-to-face coaching session.
  • Sessions tailored according to your own performance interests (as an athlete, dancer, S&C Coach or PT)
  • Become proficient and learn how to coach others in order to design genuine "performance training sessions"
  • Learn to prescribe exercises according to individual goals and needs of each one of your clients.
  • We can help you to design or modify programs for eventual difficult clinical cases where you might need a second opinion. All information remains confidential. 
  • Investment: $150 per hour

 

7. Virtual Coaching Session

The alternative for those unable to attend face-to-face courses.

  • Ideal for Health & Fitness professionals residing outside Melbourne metropolitan area.
  • Your investment includes One Coaching Session per 45 minutes 
  • This Long-Distance service is available in English or Spanish
