• Prevention of 100% of injuries on the gym floor is impossible. However, learning fundamental principles of training will provide the participants with practical methods to reduce the risk of knee soreness or injuries.
• Will Arias illustrates solutions for knee joint imbalances, based on successful strategies provided in the past to clients, athletes and referred patients.
• The participants will take home a range of corrective exercises designed to enhance knee stability by identifying and addressing potential imbalances or dysfunction in hip and ankle joints.
